Something Special?

Are you performing additional sub-assemblies, component inspection, or other unique operations with the ultrasonic welding process...perhaps post weld leak-testing? You should know by now that customer 'specials' are never a problem at Extol - that's what we do.

Ultrasonic Welding

Edgefold Welding SystemAt Extol, we understand the science of ultrasonic energy and utilize the best welding equipment in the business - ideally suited for your particular application.

We have found that the major ultrasonic welder manufacturers have strengths with certain product offerings that we align with customer application expectations.

Herrmann, Branson, and Dukane are the most common ultrasonic welders which we incorporate into our assembly equipment. Each offer very good products with various levels of control and sophistication. As an application consultant - and component integrator, we continually evaluate the welder product offerings and incorporate accordingly the 'best equipment value' for a given project.

Cycle rate requirements, welding equipment size and related ease of 'packaging', welder control expectations, data acquisition/interfacing, and value are just a few of the considerations when selecting welding equipment.
